Informs the preparer that the plan won't take that long if they have all the information they need.

Section Tiles

Section tiles showed the preparer the number of sections that needed filling out — and how many questions were in each. This gave more transparency and seemed to relax preparers.

Users can click a tile to jump to a section if they feel prepared to tackle it.

Walk me through

We used "friendly" wording to help a user feel more comfortable inside the app itself.

Users could jump to a section or take it in sequence.

Improved location settings with an embedded map

Locations are critical. People often don't know where a building sits on campus — so having maps and richer detail in context is always a plus.

We wanted users to get information on exactly what they needed and why it was important — right where they were stuck.

Information that was admin- and preparer-focused

An admin can create tasks for a preparer if they see someone struggling. And a preparer can message an admin directly for help and clarification — without leaving the plan.
